Tan Viet Noodle House is a family owned and operated restaurant. Our first restaurant in Cabramatta opened in 1993 and over the years has expanded to Eastwood and Darling Square. Coming from a family of Chinese immigrants who lived in Vietnam, has allowed us to bring together the best of two cultures and combine those flavours on a plate. We pride ourselves on serving simplistic, honest and wholesome food with the utmost quality and freshness.
We have created quality food and efficiency in our restaurants by using our central processing factory. This ensures that our restaurants are restocked and delivered with fresh ingredients daily. Our restaurants concentrate on a small menu range to bring out the best flavours of every dish. Our signature dish, the Crispy Skin Chicken is fried with a balance between a golden crispy paper-thin skin and a moist, juicy flesh.
